WE ASK ALL NEW CLIENTS TO PLAN TO ARRIVE TO THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO FILL OUT ANY NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND TO FIND OUR LOCATION WITHOUT BEING LATE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT.

We allow a 15 minute grace period for all clients to arrive. After 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment the appointment is considered missed in which time our cancellation policy does go into effect.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 72 hour cancellation is appreciated and required. There will be a $50.00 fee for appointments cancelled within the 72 hour period. No shows will be responsible for paying the full price of the missed appointment.

Can I bring my kids?

While we adore children, our spa is a sanctuary focused on providing a tranquil and safe environment for all our clients and staff. To maintain this atmosphere and adhere to safety standards, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for your little ones during your appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping us ensure a serene experience for everyone.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash, Debit card, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard..

Can I go out in the sun after my facial?

No, avoid direct sunlight following a clinical facial.

Do I start my products the day of my facial?

No, wait 24 hours following a clinical facial before using Glycolic or any form of Retinoid products.

Orders

I forgot to add to my order, can I still add to it?

If you have forgotten something in your cart, you will need to place a separate order. After you have placed the order you may email us at PureProAesthetics@gmail.com with the invoice numbers you would like combined. We will do our BEST to combine the orders however it is NOT guaranteed. If the orders are able to successfully be combined, we will issue a store credit for the shipping cost difference that is owed to you after the order is fulfilled.

Shipping

Are the shipping rates accurate?

Our website platform does not offer real time shipping rates at this time. Shipping costs are estimated based on order totals. If you ever overpay for shipping, we will reimburse you the difference through a store credit to be used on your next order. It will automatically be applied for your convenience at checkout. If ever you wish to not use your store credit you may unclick the option under the 'Payment' tab when checking out.

Where can I find my tracking number/invoice?

Tracking information and printable invoices for orders can be found by here:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click 'Account' at the top right of the page.

Step 3: Select the order you are looking to track.

Step 4: The printable invoice for this order will be found on the right hand side of the page under 'Order Details'. The tracking number will be found on the right hand side of the page under 'Shipping Details'.

My package was marked as delivered however I have not received it.

Please make sure to check your leasing offices, front desks, reception areas, mailboxes and outside. We offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders which is automatically applied at checkout, unless selected otherwise. To be sure you purchased insurance, please check your invoice. If your package is missing and you purchased insurance you can file a claim HERE. Please have your order number/invoice on hand to fill out the necessary forms for the claim. Please do NOT file a claim unless the order is marked as delivered.

I placed an order, how long will it take to receive my products?

Pure Aesthetics & Skincare asks for a 3 day window to fulfill orders. We ship Priority Mail via USPS. Priority mail is expected 3-5 days after pickup but is NOT guaranteed. Please allow up to a week after it ships to receive your package. Holidays and holiday seasons could take longer. Please place your orders accordingly.

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our products are active formulas designed to treat skin conditions. Stimulating sensations are normal with product application but should not be painful. If a reaction should occur it would be necessary to make an appointment with your specialist prior to an exchange or return of products. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase for exchange or clinic credit only. Credits/exchanged are only for those experiencing allergic reactions. All product sales are final.
